The ideal candidate will have a solid background in woodworking and cabinetry, with the ability to fabricate and assemble high-quality cabinets and furniture. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and working with various hand tools, ensuring that each piece meets our exacting standards for craftsmanship and design.
Responsibilities
Fabricate cabinets and furniture according to specifications and design plans.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
Assemble cabinet components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring precision and quality.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area,
adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in estimating materials needed for projects, contributing to effective project planning.
Experience
Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking or carpentry.
Robust skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating.
Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
Experience in concrete forming is a plus but not required.
A background as a maintenance person or in general construction can be beneficial.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
