Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash transactions securely
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to food safety standards
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours through effective time management
Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times to uphold health regulations
Assist with basic math calculations for cash handling, change, and inventory management to ensure accuracy
Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bar or beverage roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
Basic math proficiency for cashiering, cash handling, and inventory tasks
Experience in hospitality or the food industry demonstrates readiness for this energetic role
