Working under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will maintain equipment, assist with de-icing, and ensure proper execution of safety protocols. Candidates with experience in road maintenance or landscaping will fit well in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Effectively operate backhoe for snow clearing
Conduct maintenance checks and troubleshooting
Collaborate with team for timely project completion
Support de-icing and salting operations
Ensure proper setup for traffic control when necessary Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least three years of relevant work experience
Possession of a valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
Experience in backhoe operation is preferable
