Heffner Cabinetry & Woodworking Inc. is looking for driven and creative individuals to join our team as a member of our production crew in a busy and high-end Cabinetry Shop.

The ideal candidate will
Possess a hardworking and positive attitude at all times
Possess an eagerness to learn new skills
Have a keen attention to detail
Have the ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
Be able to keep work areas clean and organized
Be able to take direction to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Have prior experience working with basic hand tools

A typical day may include:
Operating modern woodworking machinery
Installing cabinet hardware
Preparing cabinet parts for assembly
Working within multiple areas of the shop, where needed
Occasional cabinet deliveries
Ensuring production requirements are met safely and efficiently while maintaining collaboration with other team members





This is a full-time position offering 44 hours per week, with the potential for some overtime when required. Total compensation will be based on experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
