Receive and manage inbound client calls and sales leads
Provide tailored phone consultations for insurance needs

Partner with Sun Life’s Career Sales Force for multi-products
Resolve client issues effectively to enhance satisfaction Requirements:
Active Life Insurance License (LLQP/PQAP) required
Minimum 2 years in sales or related service experience
