Perform meat cutting and butchery tasks efficiently, ensuring proper portioning and presentation

Package food products carefully for retail or wholesale distribution, ensuring freshness and durability
Assist customers by providing knowledgeable service, answering questions about products, and offering recommendations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas to uphold health regulations




Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, managing inventory levels, and assisting with food prep as needed

Requirements
Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on food preparation or kitchen work
Knowledge of butchery techniques and meat handling procedures
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to perform precise meat cutting and food packaging tasks efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Previous kitchen or food handling experience is highly desirable
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required
