Barista

Employment: Full-time & Part-time

Location: Bedford, NS

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation: $18.20/hour + shared tips + staff discount

Who We’re Looking For
Previous barista experience is required
Passion for specialty coffee and excellent customer service
Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude
Solid communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
Reliable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
A positive team player who enjoys working with others
Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends

What You’ll Do
Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
Serve pastries, sandwiches,



and light meals while ensuring excellent presentation
Provide friendly and attentive service and create a warm, welcoming café experience
Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-protected café and service area
Restock supplies and help keep the café ready throughout the day
Work closely with the team to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer
