Back Shop Attendant – Lebovic Golf Club

Lebovic Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Back Shop Attendant. This is a hands-on, active role where customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail are key. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service
Greet golfers in a friendly, professional manner
Provide information about course policies, tee times, and amenities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Golf Cart & Equipment Maintenance
Clean and maintain golf carts
Stock carts with scorecards, tees, pencils, etc.
Perform basic maintenance checks and report issues

Facility Maintenance
Maintain clean and safe course, practice, and storage areas
Pick up range balls and complete garbage runs
Fill sand/seed bottles, club & ball washers, and stock coolers

Tee Time & Check-In Support
Check in golfers and confirm tee times
Assist with golf bags and direct players to starting tees
Help ensure smooth operations and proper pace of play

Safety & Compliance
Enforce course rules and proper equipment use
Maintain safe operations across all areas

Additional Duties




Opening and closing responsibilities
Event setup (registration, contests, hole sponsors)
Support pro shop, clubhouse, and maintenance teams

ROLES YOU MAY PERFORM Clubhouse Attendant | Cart Barn | Marshal | Starter | Gate Greeter

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift up to 30 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Work outdoors in various weather conditions

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of golf operations is an asset
Ability to operate golf carts and small machinery
Robust communication skills
Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays required)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
