Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Clear tables promptly, reset for recent guests, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures




Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements
Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations to ensure guest safety
Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and transaction accuracy
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Capable of standing for extended periods, walking throughout the shift, and lifting moderate loads when necessary
Kitchen experience or hospitality background is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential
