What You’ll Be Doing
Day-to-day bookkeeping: Manage AR, AP, payroll, and bank reconciliations while keeping financial records in top shape.
Month-end & year-end: Support close processes, reconcile accounts, and prepare accurate reports clients can count on.
Tax compliance: Help clients stay on top of HST, WSIB, EHT, and other filings.
Client connection: Be a reliable point of contact — responding to emails, calls, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Payroll & reporting: Process payroll and assist with payroll-related compliance.
Process improvement: Spot opportunities to make our systems more efficient and put your ideas into action.

What We’re Looking For
A degree or diploma in accounting/business,



or equivalent experience.
3+ years of bookkeeping experience (ideally in an accounting firm or tech-savvy company).
Strong knowledge of cash & accrual bookkeeping and intercompany balances.
Confidence with QuickBooks Online, Dext, payment processors such as Plooto, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Resourceful and tech-savvy — you like finding smarter ways to do things.
