We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista with bartending experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, smoothies and pastries and providing exceptional customer service in a rapid-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils
Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure the quality and safety of products
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective operations
Qualifications:
Smart serve certified is a must
Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus
Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
