We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Back of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in catering, serving, and hospitality within a agile environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare enough dried goods, meat, frozen items, mushrooms and vegetables for next shift;
Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations;
Refill source bar, clean sauce bar surfaces and change sauce containers;
Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the manager.
Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor -Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:30 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
