Duties
Deliver skilled hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment
Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and product purchases
Promote retail sales by upselling hair care products and styling tools that enhance client results
Communicate clearly with clients about styling options,



aftercare, and product usage
Support team members in maintaining a lively, organized, and welcoming salon atmosphere

Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting
Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing customer needs
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Previous experience working at the front desk or in retail sales is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
