Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista/Front of House team members who thrives in a busy café environment and is committed to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea,smoothies and cocktails.
Take customer orders and provide excellent, qualified customer service
Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area
Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure product quality and safety
Assist with light food preparation (sandwiches, paninis, pastries,



etc.)
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
Smart Serve certification is required
Minimum 1 year Barista experience
Minimum 2 years hospitality/customer service experience
Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
Solid math skills for cash handling and basic inventory tasks
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Versatile availability, including weekends and holidays
