In this position, you will act as the key point of contact in office, reporting to the Superintendent and ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing field tasks, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety protocols. Your ability to lead a diverse crew and adapt to changing conditions will be critical. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily crew operations and project timelines
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety regulations are followed
Coordinate equipment and material logistics for projects
Address work deficiencies promptly and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of site activities Requirements:

Proficient in site plan interpretation

WHMIS and Traffic Control Person Training
