Manage HVAC system maintenance and emergency repairs
Execute grounds maintenance including snow clearing and grass cutting
Conduct cleaning and upkeep of all indoor spaces




Address daily facility repairs and maintenance requests
Complete administrative tasks related to facility operations Requirements:
Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance
Physical ability to handle demanding tasks
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
