Trans Mountain Corporation is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst based in Calgary. This role emphasizes budget management, financial reporting, and collaboration with operational teams. Located within the Finance Department, the successful candidate will engage with Project Managers and Operations Supervisors to ensure accurate cost tracking and compliance with financial regulations.
You will prepare forecasts and financial reports that guide operational strategy and contribute to informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate annual budget preparation for departments
Work with stakeholders on corporate plan execution
Update forecasts and conduct variance analysis
Deliver monthly financial reports for senior management
Support user training for D365 financial tracking Requirements:
Education in Finance or Accounting is essential
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial operations
Familiarity with budgeting processes and ERP systems
High proficiency in Excel and data analysis
