Senior Account Executive – Asset-Based Logistics (LTL Focus)

Location: Montreal

Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + Strong Uncapped Commissions

We are recruiting a Senior Account Executive for a leading asset-based logistics company with a well-established LTL network across Canada and the United States. This role is built for an experienced ground transportation sales professional who knows how to sell capacity, service reliability, and long-term logistics solutions.

The Role

You will be responsible for selling asset-based LTL services as the core offering, with the ability to also sell asset-based FTL, drayage, warehousing, and final-mile solutions. This is a true full-cycle sales role where you will manage and grow a book of business while actively hunting for new opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will work closely with internal operations teams to ensure solid execution and long-term customer retention.

What We’re Looking For

You bring a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience selling ground transportation solutions,



with hands-on LTL sales experience. You understand how asset-based networks operate and can confidently position value beyond price. You are comfortable prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex logistics deals, while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Compensation

Base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 with very strong, uncapped commissions. This role is designed for high performers who want to be rewarded for consistent results.
