Prepare and cook menu items to The WORKS standards, every time
Bring focus, urgency, and positive energy to the line
Work clean, organized, and efficient, whether you’re grillin’ up 2 burgers or 20!
Communicate clearly and support your teammates to keep service running smoothly
Take pride in food quality, presentation, and consistency

Be laser-focused on food safety and health & safety measures
Remain calm, confident and in control during busy rushes

Experience & Requirements
Line cook or kitchen experience is a plus, but attitude matters most
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and working with hot equipment
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Determination to learn and grow in your role
Commitment to food safety and quality
