We are launching local delivery services in Grande Prairie and Clairmont and we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, forging robust relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help propel our company forward, ensuring we reach and exceed our growth targets.

Objectives:
Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to introduce our solutions and generate interest.
Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
Negotiate terms and close deals by demonstrating value and building trust with prospects.
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to service delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline data




Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract current business prospects.
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
Sales experience required
Valid driver's license and clean abstract
Strong communication and presentation skills
Competitive and goal oriented
Comfortable with handling and managing accounts
Organized and disciplined to follow up leads
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred:
Experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales
Existing network in healthcare, legal, financial services
Post-secondary education in business or related field.
