Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping experience, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
Manage inventory through merchandising, filing, and stock organization to maintain an attractive shopping environment




Handle heavy lifting of merchandise safely while adhering to safety protocols
Maintain excellent communication skills with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and support leadership initiatives

Requirements
Prior experience in retail sales or hospitality environments is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to operate computer systems, POS terminals, and perform basic computer skills tasks
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Willingness to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily duties
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and manage time efficiently
