You will implement various recreational and educational programs while directly supervising members. Building relationships with children and their families is crucial to the success of this role while adhering to all safety and program standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develop diverse recreational and educational activities
Supervise members, ensuring health and safety
Mentor and guide Activity Leaders effectively
Communicate openly with families and instill trust
Prepare healthy snacks and manage dietary needs Requirements:
Relevant education or experience in childcare
At least one year of recent related experience
Holding a First Aid Certificate and Food Protected is a plus
Class 5 Driver's Licence with willingness to upgrade
