Ensure proper disposal of waste materials by transporting them to designated waste disposal sites. Quality: Ensure consistent and reliable processes by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines. Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor immediately. Record (foresight, SAP, traveler … etc) production activities (std. and actual hrs., production#, unit# etc.) accurately as per company’s requirements Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive upkeep (including cleaning) and inspections of dept. equipment to ensure proper functionality. Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the Team Lead or supervisor immediately. Ensure proper tools management (storage, maintenance, etc.). Maintain an accurate inventory of tools. Specific Responsibilities: Setup and weld spiders, parts, coils across all manufacturing lines as per drawings, procedures, and special instructions. Load, unload and operate different welding machines (include. robotic welder) for various welding tasks. Fits bus bars. Weld and braze cable & wire. Prepare and weld D-Q rings and terminals.
