Become part of RBC's Life Service team at the Insurance Advice Centre in Mississauga. As an Associate, you’ll assist clients with their insurance queries to enhance their experience.
In this full-time position, you will engage with clients through inbound calls and emails, providing expert answers and managing their life and health policy inquiries. Your thorough understanding of policies and a commitment to exceptional service will be crucial in every conversation. Expect to work within a structured setting, showcasing your problem resolution and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls about life insurance policies
• Manage email inquiries from clients and brokers
• Deliver personalized insurance assistance to meet client needs




• Analyze information regarding policies and communicate effectively
• Create positive experiences and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work shifts from 8 am to 8 pm EST
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Experience with multiple computer systems is essential
• Previous call center experience is a plus
