Your role as the Manager of Data Management & Architect will involve leading the strategic direction of data practices. You'll ensure that data is accurately governed, integrated, and optimized to support reporting and analytics. Collaboration with technology and business stakeholders will be essential to achieve impactful data solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Define enterprise data architecture strategy and design patterns
Establish data standards and governance for improved accuracy
Coach internal data specialists and manage external teams

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in data management
Robust leadership experience in data-centric roles
Expertise in data governance and architecture

University degree in relevant discipline
