In this position, the Rehab Assistant will be crucial in supporting individuals recovering from various ailments and promoting their reintegration into society. Working under the guidance of therapists, you will assist in executing rehabilitation plans and fostering client independence across all aspects of life.
Your role will entail implementing exercise regimens and participating in ongoing education to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Implement rehabilitation programs as outlined by therapists
Facilitate clients’ daily living and leisure activities
Support cognitive therapy and social reintegration efforts
Participate in health and safety activities proactively
Maintain confidentiality of patient information diligently Requirements:
Completion of a recognized therapy program required
Experience in OTA or related fields is advantageous
Solid written and oral communication skills
Valid driver’s license necessary for client transportation
