Duties
Enforce game rules consistently and fairly to maintain a secure and enjoyable playing environment
Make quick, accurate decisions on penalties, infractions, and game stoppages
Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and officials to explain calls and ensure understanding
Monitor player conduct to promote sportsmanship and resolve conflicts promptly
Keep accurate track of game time, penalties, and scores throughout each match
Assist in setting up equipment and preparing the rink for games and tournaments




Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately to event coordinators or supervisors

Experience
Previous experience officiating or playing ball hockey or similar fast-paced sports is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of ball hockey rules, regulations, and gameplay dynamics
Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Good communication skills to effectively interact with players, coaches, and spectators
Ability to stand for extended periods and move swiftly around the rink during games
A positive attitude with a passion for sportsmanship and community engagement
