Duties include
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the system
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and coffee/condiment stations
Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
Experience:
Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
Knowledge of food handling, and safety practices
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
