We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant café team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable Cafe Manager to oversee our front-of-house (FOH) operations. If you are a natural leader with a strong FOH background, a knack for organization, and high standards for hospitality and operational flow, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Team Management: Build and maintain efficient weekly schedules for all Front-of-House staff, balancing labor efficiency with smooth service.
SOP Creation & Implementation: Develop, refine, and enforce clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily opening and closing routines.
Training & Onboarding: Train and mentor current hires, ensuring all staff uphold high service standards, product knowledge, and efficiency.
Operational Accountability: Ensure the team completes daily due diligence, health and safety standards, checklist accountability,



and deep-cleaning protocols.
Ordering & FOH Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, paper goods, and daily operational non-perishables, ensuring timely reordering.
Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment while resolving customer inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a quick-paced food and beverage environment.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to training and maintaining staff accountability.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
Adaptable availability, including weekends and early mornings/evenings as required by cafe operating hours.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
