Ideal candidates must have customer service experience, robust communication abilities, and be available for shifts from 7 am to 9 pm, including weekends. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with patients and their families professionally
Process and manage funder referrals in the EMR (Procura)
Schedule caregivers based on various criteria
Maintain accurate documentation of records
Resolve patient concerns effectively and timely Requirements:
A minimum of two years in a healthcare customer service role
Proficient communication skills in English
Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
