We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality, working to prepare meals and maintaining safety standards, and creating a welcoming workplace for all guests.

Previous restaurant management experience and a background in food preparation and service are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and provide training to ensure effective workflow
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
Enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the establishment
Lead by example in hospitality, serving customers when necessary and fostering a positive team environment




Implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and increase customer engagement

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles
Strong leadership and supervising experience with the ability to motivate staff
Expertise in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
Barista experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with coffee brewing is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors
Creative problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges promptly
