In this full-time, hybrid position, you will actively support clients through advocacy, and case management while collaborating with local agencies.
Your role is vital in addressing crises and guiding clients toward recovery with empathy and respect. Robust communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:
Offer empathetic support in crisis situations
Engage clients in hidden areas and conduct outreach sweeps
Drive and transport clients using agency vehicles
Advocate with partner agencies for client needs
Complete assessments and maintain ethical practices Requirements:
2-year diploma or degree in Social Sciences or related fields
Systematic understanding of addiction and recovery models
Valid Class 5 Non-GDL driver’s license with a explicit abstract
