Duties
Safely operate commercial trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Transport freight efficiently between warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement
Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting to address minor mechanical issues during routes
Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff,



and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly

Skills
Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven commercial driving experience
Proficiency in forklift operation for loading and unloading freight safely
Robust knowledge of freight handling procedures and heavy equipment operation
Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks and related equipment
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
Attention to detail for vehicle inspections, safety checks, and accurate record keeping
Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road, including lifting heavy items when necessary
