Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Bakers and Mixers to join our energetic food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of baked goods and food products in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality are maintained throughout the production process.

Duties
Mix ingredients accurately according to recipes and production specifications
Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality and proper cooking times
Package finished products securely using appropriate packaging techniques
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and production areas in compliance with food safety standards
Conduct routine inspections of machinery for mechanical issues and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
Assist with inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods
Follow all safety protocols,



including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of food processing tools

Requirements
Previous experience in food manufacturing, bakery, or food processing preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes accurately
Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for operating bakery equipment and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
Knowledge of sanitation practices within a food industry setting
Ability to operate a forklift is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed
Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks
