We are seeking a skilled Residential Audio Visual Technician Level 2 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has pride in his work, loves to be team player and enjoys deploying new technologies.
Please note this is NOT a live-event AV tech job. Candidates must have Residential and Commercial AV systems knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities (not all are required but experience in each is a plus)
Read and interpret schematics and project drawings.
Install Control System (Crestron)
Install TVs, video walls, projectors and projector screens.
Install AV racks, terminate patch panels and perform proper cable management.
Install Low Voltage Lighting Solutions such as Lutron, Crestron and Savant.
Install various audio solutions, speakers and amplifiers.
Install, program and troubleshoot Security Cameras solution.
Install, program and troubleshoot security systems (DSC NEO and ELK).
Cabling
Skills
Proficient in software troubleshooting related to audio visual technologies.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and low voltage applications.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools effectively.
Familiarity with computer hardware relevant to AV setups.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Ability to telecommunicate effectively when coordinating remote support or troubleshooting.
