Your leadership will be essential in managing a team of inspectors and technicians, fostering accountability, and improving operational efficiency. This is an in office position at our production-focused facility in Toronto. Key Responsibilities:
Lead vehicle inspections and manage daily operations
Ensure vehicles meet quality standards before retail
Collaborate with production and logistics teams
Establish and monitor department KPIs

Minimum 5–7 years in the automotive field
Leadership experience in similar roles
Robust grasp of diagnostics and repair processes
310S License or equivalent hands-on experience
