Agri Spray Drones is hiring a full time Drone Technical Support Specialist in Airdrie, Alberta, focused on EAVision drone maintenance. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and repair services. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing drones, managing inventory, and providing technical support.
Your role will also include interacting with customers via phone and email while facilitating sales demonstrations to showcase product capabilities. Your agricultural background paired with technical skills will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair EAVision spraying drones
Offer live troubleshooting support through various communication channels
Complete detailed analysis of drones entering repair
Organize parts inventory and manage shipments effectively
Support sales through product demonstrations to clients Requirements:
Transport Canada RPAS Pilot Certificate or similar qualification
Experience with RC vehicles or aviation equipment
Excellent communication and organization skills
Knowledge and experience in agriculture required
