In this position, you'll be responsible for administering Aquatera’s Cityworks CMMS, focusing on asset data management and maintenance workflows.

Reporting to the asset manager, you’ll collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring that our processes align with safety and operational excellence. Your analytical skills will shape how we manage assets across our communities. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the CMMS for maintenance planning
Uphold asset data integrity and governance
Work across teams for system improvements and audits
Develop maintenance workflows and preventive programs
Monitor and report on KPIs and data quality Requirements:
Experience with CMMS and maintenance operations
Solid analytical and database management skills
Proficiency in Power BI for reporting
