Step into a leading role at Nature United as the Associate Director of Philanthropy. As a key member of the Major Gifts team, you'll manage a portfolio of high-potential prospects and donors, focusing on developing multi-year fundraising strategies.
Your role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and proposals, ensuring alignment with Nature United’s initiatives such as Indigenous-led conservation and sustainable resource management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 75-125 donors with $100,000+ potential
Achieve an annual fundraising goal of $1,000,000+
Develop strategies for engaging and cultivating major donors
Lead efforts in creating compelling proposals and reports
Support donor events that build trust and engagement Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience
Proven track record in securing gifts of $25,000+
Experience managing donor relationships and multiple prospects
Skilled in cross-functional team collaboration
Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices Contribute to impactful conservation initiatives through your expertise in philanthropy and donor relations at Nature United.
