This Associate

Director role entails reporting to the Vice President of Finance, managing financial close operations, and supporting acquisition integrations. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership, strategic enhancements, and fostering talent within the team workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Execute quarterly consolidated results for stakeholders
Analyze financial disclosures and supporting schedules
Communicate with portfolio companies on closing activities
Maintain compliance through internal controls
Facilitate integration of current assets into accounting frameworks

Requirements:
Recognized Professional Accounting designation needed
Eight years plus experience, including five in management
Expertise in IFRS and/or USGAAP necessary
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience with consolidation software like Hyperion
