College
Diploma (DEC) or College Studies Certificate (AEC) in aircraft maintenance
M2 license and a minimum of 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pre-flight Mechanical Inspector in the aerospace industry. Solid technical skills in aircraft maintenance, including an understanding of applicable standards and regulations
Ability to perform thorough and accurate inspections, paying attention to detail
Capability to manage and maintain maintenance records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Knowledge of airworthiness management procedures and technical documentation
Commitment to safety and quality, with a deep understanding of aviation safety management systems. Issue AMO/AOC maintenance privileges and ensure delegated individuals hold appropriate licenses
Supervise maintenance personnel training, perform work in progress inspections, and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures
Monitor deferred defect items, deferred inspections, and modification/repair work
