This role is crucial in providing explicit repair plans and fostering excellent customer service throughout the process. A background in estimating software like Audatex and Mitchell is essential to ensure success. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to the WOW (Wow Operating Way) standards
Diagnose structural and mechanical collision damages
Allocate body technicians to pertinent repair jobs
Request parts and manage sublet repair processes
Maintain proper file documentation and workflow Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of estimating experience
Proficiency in Audatex and Mitchell
I-Car Registered (Gold Class) or working towards it
