Chucks Roadhouse in Pickering is looking for an Assistant Manager for the Front of House.

It is a full time position involving days, weekends and evening shifts.

Must have previous restaurant experience in serving and expediting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the management team in the front of house and in the back.
Ensuring complete guest satisfaction and team morale during supervisory shifts.
Other duties as assigned by management team.
Handling guest concerns and compliments.
Running food and performing table-side service during busy periods to support your serving team.
Supervise employees and reinforcing company policies and expectations.
Expediting during busy hours.




Making sure the restaurant is closed properly at the end of the night.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Previous serving experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant.

Previous restaurant leadership experience is an asset.
