Responsibilities
Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs or replacements
Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble vehicle components as needed
Utilize mechanical knowledge to effectively repair and service vehicles
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs
Weld and fabricate metal components when necessary
Use power tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs
Commercial Inspection (E450, Sprinter, Transit and others)
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
Skills:
Excellent mechanical knowledge and skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues
Customer service-oriented with valuable communication skills
Proficient in using power tools and specialized equipment for automotive repairs
