Your expertise in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing will help evaluate and audit resident care continuously. You'll also address resident or family concerns, ensuring actions are taken appropriately to foster a trusted setting. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate resident care activities in compliance with policies
Audit and evaluate progress notes and care plans
Collaborate with the Registered Staff and RAI-MDS Coordinator
Respond to and resolve resident or family concerns
Ensure continuous staff education on care protocols Requirements:
Background in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing
Knowledge of relevant nursing legislation and regulations
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
