Health & Safety team seeks an experienced Onsite Medical Representative. Collaborate with the WHS site manager and specialists to promote safety and well-being among associates. You'll engage in health education, provide first aid, and maintain comprehensive care records while managing workers’ compensation processes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate first aid and refer to external medical providers
Conduct health awareness and education to reduce injury risk
Maintain accurate records of care provided
Oversee workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
Engage actively with associates for safety coaching Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid first aid, CPR, and AED certification
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Certification as a Primary Care Paramedic or Registered Nurse
