Duties
Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Operate POS or similar point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
Handle cash, credit card payments, and give correct change using basic math skills
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas following food safety protocols
Assist in food handling, storage,
and inventory management to ensure freshness and compliance with health regulations
Support team members during busy periods by performing both cashiering and cooking duties as needed
Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and upselling opportunities
