Key Responsibilities:



• Manage over 200 leadership-level donor relationships • Cultivate and solicit leadership gifts totaling $1M annually • Develop and improve donor engagement strategies • Deliver exceptional donor stewardship and reporting • Identify high-potential donors for pipeline advancement

Requirements: • University or College Diploma in relevant field • Minimum three years in charitable fundraising • Solid organization and detail-oriented skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Proficient in Raiser’s Edge or similar database
