Labourer - Civil Construction Location: Alberta (Central / Northern Projects) Company: Blackline Civil Position Type: Full time

About the Role We are looking for a hardworking Labourer to assist with underground utility construction, including water, sewer, and storm systems. You’ll work alongside operators, pipelayers, and supervisors to support trenching and pipe installation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with trenching and excavation work

Help install water, sewer, and storm pipes

Load/unload materials and tools

Use hand tools (shovels, tampers, saws, etc.)

Maintain site cleanliness and organization

Direct traffic or equipment when required

Follow instructions from Topman, Foreman, and operators

Qualifications & Experience

Previous construction or labour experience





Ability to perform physically demanding work

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
