In this role, your primary focus will be to manage the administrative tasks that enable the Service Centre’s seamless operation.

You will identify areas for improving store performance while collaborating with insurance partners to provide customers the best deals. Additionally, your efforts in keeping vehicles clean and assisting with minor repairs will create delightful experiences for customers. Key Responsibilities:
Complete all necessary administration for Service Centre operations
Identify customer needs to improve performance
Assist customers in working with insurance for value
Clean vehicle interiors and perform small repairs
Shuttle vehicles to various locations as required Requirements:
Experience in customer-facing roles in retail or hospitality
Class 5 driver’s licence needed for vehicle transport
Ability to work at multiple service locations
